How to order
If you are interested in my work, the following guide can help you to order your own Bayleyknife:
- Each knife is made to order by hand, output is very limited therefore all work is completed to an order book, and waiting times may vary depending on demand (I will be glad to give a more accurate time on request). You will be advised of a delivery lead time upon confirmation of placing an order.
- Before placing your order, please contact me and take note of the indicated price - for customers from outside of the UK, please be advised to check the currency conversion rates (as a rough guide) before contacting me.
- Quoted prices will not include any local duties that may be applicable.
- Prices in currencies other than GBP will be dependent upon the exchange rate at the time of payment and will not include any local duties that may be applicable.
- To place your order please email me at info@bayleyknife.com. To help to speed up the order process, please send me the following useful details (all information will remain confidential and will not be passed onto any third parties, alternatively please feel free to give me a call):
- Your full name
- Your delivery/home address, including postcode/ZIP code and country (if outside the UK)
- Your contact phone number
- Your choice of knife including any options or requests you may have (please let me know if you are left handed)
- Your preferred method of payment, eg. credit card, PayPal or personal cheque (if issued from a UK bank)
- I am happy take payment at any time from your placing the order up to just before starting on your knife. I normally take credit card or PayPal, however a personal cheque (UK) or direct money transfer are also acceptable.
- All customers must be over 18 years of age to make a purchase and be aware of any laws relating to the ownership or carrying of knives specific to where you are.
- Once we have agreed your order requirements, you will receive an order confirmation by email
- Unless quoted otherwise, postage and packaging is included in the listed price - I have sold to many overseas customers and will gladly ship to most destinations for an additional £6 GBP.
