The ORIGINAL Bear Grylls knife - £350 - still available!
This practical hand made model was designed in collaboration with Bear Grylls for the 'Man vs. Wild' and 'Born survivor Bear Grylls' TV series. This is Bear's 'knife of choice'.
The design criteria demanded a knife that was not too large, remaining light and slim enough to be carried unobtrusively without getting in the way, yet still perform when required.
The Bear Grylls knife has a specifically designed action sheath featuring horizontal carry with double knife detainment.
"I have had so many enquiries
about what knife I consider best for all round performance blade. Well, I have
tried so many different ones during the filming of Man Vs Wild and Born Survivor,
and if I am honest, none of them were quite right. So instead I have teamed up
with Rob Bayley of Bayley Knife and together we have designed what I believe to be
the most versatile, tough and practical knife available anywhere today."
